Blue Collar Accounts Administrator Assistant

Zenith Search Blue Collar is seeking an Experienced Accounts Administrator Assistant

  • Bibra Lake location
  • Monday to Friday full time
  • Temp to Perm opportunity
  • $34/$40hr – to be negotiated at the interview

Our clients team is seeking a candidate with a proactive approach, who can multitask, with excellent IT abilities who feels comfortable chasing up supervisors when required.

Duties are not limited to: Initiate and implement beest and effective practices in administrative functions, provide administrative support to areas of the finance and admin team, processing invoicing, reconcile accounts, trace fuel and oil usage, drive processes to meet company operational requirements and targets, assist with managing company obligations to suppliers, customers and third party vendors, reconcile financial statements, update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets, support to the Finance Manager with ROM processing and reconciliation

You will have:

  • Proven working evidence in Administrative functions
  • Proven experience in accounting software and functions
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills particulary with Microsoft Excel and Adobe
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Current DL own transport
