Executive Assistant – West Perth
Are you a highly organised and dynamic individual with a background in mining or construction? My client is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team in West Perth and play a pivotal role. This role will have you reporting directly to the CEO.
- Act as a trusted right-hand to the CEO managing their schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Coordinate and execute various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless office operations.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in organising meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle matters with discretion.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role within the mining or construction sector.
- Strong familiarity with industry terminology, processes, and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- High level of organisation and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
