Zenith Blue Collar is seeking a motivated empathetic HR Administrator for a local Respite Agency
- Martin Location
- Monday to Friday 8am/4pm
- Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate
- $40hr +pens
Our client exists to provide the environment where people can be safe to explore their capabilities and to give families and carers the opportunity to revitalise.
Your duties are not limited to: Ensuring the effective management and administration of the rostering system that meets client/participants needs and staff preferences, effective recruitment of staff, administration of performance management processes, assist with payroll duties, other admin duties as required
What you need:
- Proven experience as a staff scheduler
- Payroll experience
- Ability to work unsupervised and be able to priortise your workload
- Be computer literate
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Current DL own transport
- The ability to get along with people from all walks of life
