Mining Inside Sales Representative
Join a rapidly growing SaaS company seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join their team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and expanding existing customer relationships, as well as generating new business opportunities.
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to existing clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to close deals.
- Accurately forecast sales and pipeline activity, and maintain up-to-date customer information in the CRM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales and customer service, with a focus on SaaS.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools.
