Our Office Managers are responsible for: keeping an office running smoothly, overseeing admin support. There is a wide range of admin duties to complete as well as supervising office staff to ensure maximum productivity, overall management of the Branch. You are also responsible for reporting on the financial position of the Company to the Senior Management Team and seek advice from the Company’s external accountants as necessary. You will also ensure accurate records are being kept for human resources, financials and taxation.
The Office Manager has the overall responsibility of communicate any issues or opportunities that have been raised by other admin staff members to Senior Management and ensure continuous improvement opportunities are offered.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 2yrs experience in Office Administration
- Advanced interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Commercially astute with a positive attitude and willingness to perform a variety of duties.
- Attention to detail with solid organisational skills – with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including the ability to use cloud based business systems
- Friendly, professional manner and well presented
- A strong commitment to customer service
