The Opportunity:

Our client has 50+ years’ experience successfully delivering civil projects nationally. Our client is a successful specialist infrastructure, construction and services contractor with a healthy record for winning multimillion-dollar packages in Sewer Infrastructure, Pipelines, Pump Stations and Micro tunneling, throughout Western Australia and nationally.

We are currently searching for an OPERATIONS MANAGER to join the team on a permanent basis. As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing $10mil projects concurrently nationally. Take complete control of the success of multiple projects specifically in MICROTUNNELING, SEWER INFRASTRUCTURE AND PIPELINES. This company offers the chance for autonomy within the position. You will demonstrate 8+ years of proven civil experience across a range of Sewer Infrastructure related projects and have managed projects of a similar size.

The emphasis for this position as Operations Manager is to drive the Business Development and to continue growth of this successful contractor.

The Requirements:

• Tertiary Civil or Mechanical Engineering qualifications
• 8+ exposure to civil construction OR infrastructure projects in Australia
• A pro-active, can-do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.
• Positive references from previous employers, demonstrating a stable employment history.
• SEWER INFRASTRUCTURE experience is ESSENTIAL!
